Where to start with Zedd? I`ve been a fan a while tbh, rated right up there with my more favoured EDM producers. Really talented guy.. and now all nicely signed up with Universal, feet under the carpet ECT.., so one would expect some more nice new compositions. Soon please.

Speaking of which, the new single. Not what I was expecting in all honesty, but it sort of fits into the current style of EDM/Pop quite nicely. Not a million miles away (musically) from what you might find on Dua Lipa`s Future Nostalgia. In fact you could throw this instrumental right in the middle of the Dua Lipa FN Insts and you`d be hard pressed to tell any difference.. (He`s that good).

Check out the video to Funny here . It is actually really funny. Very creative and safe to say its kinda inspired by the recent “lockdown” and Zoom streams ..sort of thing. Great video tho from start to finish.

Lastly, it seems Universal were kind enough to let the acapella and instrumental out into the open so you do have to wonder if they want some remixes done? Well, it looks like they might get some ! haha.. And it`s still not too late for an official remix competition..Or maybe the dry vocals will appear?
